She then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

History: She was born in the north. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat. His long white hair reaches down to his waist. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Glûk grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His first spouse was a Blacksmith, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now owns his own business.

History: She got into the Navigator business at a young age. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Navigator.
