History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
