He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Armara enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Armara was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She became a Courier soon after.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

History: Reirak hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Lilli isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Born to a Navigator, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
