History: He was born in the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Sapply's homeland. Sapply decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He struck the Body Guard job and began his own company from there.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Servant. She has worked as a Servant like her father before her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Servant responsibilities is difficult; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her childhood dream was to be a Shepherd, but she was a colossal failure. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.
