Description: She is a pot bellied western woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. She has dyed her greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. Her skin is flawless and her black eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is harsh and unforgiving.
History: Sekhmet lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Dyer, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Description: This woman is very fat, and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing white cape and mantle trimmed with soft blue waves gently in the breeze. Her white hair is knotted and matted. Her amber eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Verna's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Verna lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. She keeps her long cinnamon fur kept up in a rat tail. Her yellow eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She is fixated on the number 26. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When Moon reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy blonde stubble. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He has a hunchback. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: This tall, slender woman wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. She wears a small hat to cover her moderate length silver hair. Her brown eyes peer out from beneath her small grey hat.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: Therlin was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and a rival would like her out of the picture
