History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Koeth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Koeth. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
