History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A gifted student he started as a Marshal, but he got bored and became a Mortician. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: This woman loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. Blendaeth enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Cartwright profession.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Detective job and began his own company from there.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Taklinn was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Taklinn decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
