History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing yellow cape and mantle trimmed with soft pastel waves gently in the breeze. She has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her golden hair, when down, is lengthy. Her green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: This woman very much looks the part of a Carter. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amber on her right hand. With bright red hair. Her gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Eleanor took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up kukri and armor she uses now. She struck the Carter job and began her own company from there.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. She has achieved small success as a Performer.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.
