Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Skirt alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: Shanairla was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was granted druidic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
