Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Reynard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To protect his home.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Kilia was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.
