Description: A middle-aged man, he wears tan trousers with pastel and violet striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts, and is pretty ugly. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Zaffrab was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: He prefers to wear black clothing when he does not wear armor. He carries a battered trident and tarnished crossbow as well. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Leucis is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His dark red hair, when down, is lengthy. This black eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Navigator business.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: A middle-aged man, he tends to wear a black poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt, and is pretty ugly. His blue crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are gold and beady.

Personality: He is a Dilettante first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has achieved small success as a Dilettante.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This woman stands a little under 2'10" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a tight fitting white shirt and pants. Her deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Actor arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
