History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Jocelyn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Trail is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her childhood dream was to be a Bricklayer, but she was a colossal failure. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and doesn't want to be a bookbinder and was forced into it by her family
