History: Kugáluga was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes drow are coming to abduct people. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many drow want her driven away; and she feels threatened by others
