History: Ethereal hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Ethereal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to brigands.

History: She was born in the north. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears a worn and beaten armor. Her tied-back hair is auburn. Her eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears tan leather gloves, a tan jacket, and tight pants. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and money/treasure

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Claira was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
