History: Ermina was born the youngest of three triplets. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ermina was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

History: Born to a Sellsword, her mother struggled to pay the bills. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Syllin was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.
