History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Shoemaker mother left him crippled. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of strength around his neck, and a sword on his belt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'4" when asserting himself. He has no crest. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She got into the Adventurer business at a young age. She married young, but lost her spouse to dire rats. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Lia was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
