Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born in a small desert village. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dyer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears dull green sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed rapier, just in case. Her black crest is matted, messy, and big. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Gesrethe hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At some point she was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her first spouse was a Sage, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
