History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is greedy.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
