He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Rael is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rael fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty red coat over it, and is pretty ugly. He has brown hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born into a rich family. Krimmon was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Seamstress. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His ears are large.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. The war was a terrible time for her, and Vanchu does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Gifted from a young age, Vanchu studied abroad. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. She has a very tight haircut. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs
