Description: An older man who wears skinny pants and wears a blue and black robe with the hood down, he is not a threatening figure. His auburn hair is singed and shortened. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: Heian is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. The war was a terrible time for him, and Heian does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Heian reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She wears a feathered hat to hide her balding. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Nella hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. One day when Nella was young, her father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her father dropped to the ground dead. Her father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Nella was heart-stricken from the event, and her mother started working long hours to provde for them. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and regain custody of her son

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and to be a map maker again
