History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Halimath grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and a strong sense of loyalty to gnomish people

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Quick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Mâku embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Mâku lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Mâku was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Mâku's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Butcher, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Butcher and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
