History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Armorer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Nemeia never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and wishes to resurrect an old love
