History: Born to a Servant, her mother struggled to pay the bills. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has worked as a Mayor like her mother before her.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Gunnloda was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Gunnloda's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
