Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.
