Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Pirithin embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Pirithin grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting illithids, the young Pirithin began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. Her first spouse was a Server, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
