Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

His hair is short and red. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Paggen hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Locksmith for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and money/treasure

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Breena isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born in the north. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Breena alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
