History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Map Maker for the past few years.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Tiefling, and stands approximately 4'10". She wears green robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a kukri, but if one is not available she will default to her hand crossbow, and her gloved hand is found clutching a hand crossbow. Her red hair is long and unkept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears a pastel cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. His fur is yellow and very short. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Flame lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. After a long history of fighting, Flame and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: This man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his right hand. His gold crest is still thick. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gold.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: He is an average looking eastern male in his early mid-life. He prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts. He keeps his auburn hair in a pixie cut. His ears are large.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Alberich hails from a village terrorized by brigands. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Revenge; and many brigands want him driven away
