Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he dresses well, wearing white shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His brown hair is still thick. He is baby faced.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in a small desert village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Mâku took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mortician. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mortician. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Erdan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people

Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her chestnut hair is cut short. Her half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. The war was a terrible time for her, and Meriele does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.
