History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Syllin and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and balancing his hectic life and new farmer responsibilities is difficult

His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep green leather and dull tan iron scale mail. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bricklayer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her copper crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born in the east to a Dilettante, Sora learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
