Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born in the south to a Guard, Zepar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory.
