History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Through the years after Phelaia was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Phelaia's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Architect for the past few years.
