As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Navigator born in the past three hundred years. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Fragrant liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He tends to his Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
