Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Thorpe speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: The child of a Fisher, who enjoyed hunting, Thorpe was taken on many hunting expeditions. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thorpe fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Gesrethe was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His childhood dream was to be a Bookbinder, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mortician.
