History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Personality: This woman loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Blendaeth enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Born in the east to a Sailor, Iados learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Sailor.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
