History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A gifted student he started as a Shepherd, but he got bored and became a Spice Merchant. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Shepherd again; and balancing his hectic life and new spice merchant responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Anselm was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Bowyer and found it very stressful. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Her gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion; and an old rival family wants her found

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
