History: Alice was born the youngest of three triplets. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Merchant and was forced into it by her family; and wants to raise her children well

History: Born to a Mason, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
