Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. She tends to wear a tan poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt, marred by beers. Her silver hair is braided into rings. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Quillathe took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor she uses now. She bought a hand crossbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His childhood dream was to be a Fletcher, but he was a colossal failure. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new laborer responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: 5'6" and muscular, this eastern man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His purple hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines white.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured, and is pretty ugly. Her long black hair reaches down to her waist. Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born to a Seamstress, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. She has worked as a Ruler like her mother before her.
