When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has worked as a Soapmaker like his mother before him.

Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Her brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her black boots flare out at the collars. She keeps her dark red hair in a pixie cut. Her red eyes peer out from beneath her broad black hat.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a pastel costume with the symbols of the sun god on her torso. Her gray fur has been sun bleached extensively. Her eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Seven was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his broad brown hat.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Jeweler. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Jeweler for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
