Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Fulbar was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Seamstress and was forced into it by his family.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 5 years.
