History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adelaide grew up listening to her father's many stories. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Adelaide has worked very hard to control her curse. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Erky was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His first spouse was a Bookbinder, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to reunite with his absent mother
