Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He tends to wear a violet poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His red hair is unkempt and raggedy. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Theriatis hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 3'7" and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft pastel waves gently in the breeze. His hair is long and red with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Warryn grew up listening to his mother's many stories. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and many brigands want him driven away

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Tabaxi, and stands approximately 5'9". She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times, and her gloved hand is found clutching a whip. Her cinnamon fur, when down, is lengthy. She is baby faced.
Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.
History: Serpent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and sabotage a competitor

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. With wild brown hair. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: The child of a Courier, who enjoyed hunting, Verna was taken on many hunting expeditions. Verna was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Verna decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: He wears silk and lounges about seductively, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'6" when asserting himself. His fur is yellow and very short. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Painter father left him crippled. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and his religion dominates his actions
