History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Rurik was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Miner. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Dilettante mother left him crippled. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
