Personality: Dustin is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in sword use. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
