History: Phann hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She worked as a nervous Servant and found it very stressful. She struck the Servant job and began her own company from there.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She became a Marshal soon after.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
