Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Oren embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Oren and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her silver crest is matted, messy, and big. Her gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Thava was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Armorer, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and regain custody of her son

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His hair is short and golden. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Dharg is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to unite with his brother

Description: He wears a red vest and prefers green and red shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: She prefers to wear flannel. She wears a colorful flower in her blonde hair. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
