Description: She is scrawny and has patchy chestnut stubble. She wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. She has a hunchback. She keeps her chestnut hair in a pixie cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Armara is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Shamash was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Courier. He struck the Courier job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep green leather and dull brown iron scale mail. She carries a battered hand crossbow and tarnished sickle as well. She has dyed her greying silver crest a little too much giving a sharp silver color. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady gold eyes.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: She is an average looking southern female in her early mid-life. She wears a blue collared shirt and grey skirt. She accessorizes with a green scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. Her hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Guard. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: He wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is yellow, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. He is portly but not overly obese. His white hair is cut short. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
