He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Courier. She's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Gifted from a young age, Peter studied abroad. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he is greedy

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She got into the Interpreter business at a young age. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
