Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bertram does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: 3'4" and muscular, this eastern man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. A friendly and beautiful Halfling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Description: She tends to wear a blue poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. She wears her silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Abalaba was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To be a Sailor again; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She is dressed in earthy colors with a black and yellow handkerchief worn on her right side. Her broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. This red eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Blendaeth abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. After a long history of fighting, Blendaeth and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This slender woman stands about 3'1". She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Breena fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions
