History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in John's homeland. John decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Description: This eastern woman wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her clothes are grease stained in places. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is a Laborer first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has achieved small success as a Laborer.

Description: This tall, slender man is dressed in an above average manner. He has wavy blonde hair. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Half-Elven culture. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Thakrak hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his youth he was a Painter, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and half-elven compassion

Personality: Duergath speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Dyer. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
