Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. After coming to the age of reason, Kilvar took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
